Customer Experience Liaison

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Liaison to manage and resolve cases that originate from customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have experience in case management or customer service roles, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

About the Role:
  • Manage complex cases by capturing all necessary details and updating relevant systems.
  • Provide quoting and order fulfillment services while ensuring smooth handling of backorders, supplier follow-ups, and escalations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on complex quotes and orders that involve bespoke requirements.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer experiences, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. They will also possess strong organisational skills, managing multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.
