The Customer Support Liaison plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our business by delivering exceptional administrative support to internal and external clients. This skilled professional will act as a key liaison, partnering with stakeholders, workshops, overseas service providers, and local teams to achieve optimal outcomes for our clients.
This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently or collaboratively as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Adhere to regulatory compliance and established policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively across various channels, including written and verbal communication
- Deliver high-standard support to our global client base
- Prepare quotes for clients and escalate client issues to relevant areas of the business
- Maintain client records and prepare reports for communication to global clients and management
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and formulate or contribute to solutions
- Intermediate-level Excel and computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively and use initiative
