Role Overview

The role requires developing campaign content that builds top-of-funnel engagement and lead generation, while being responsible for building brand awareness and driving marketing initiatives through effective strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, own, and execute high-performing growth marketing initiatives across multiple channels (digital and traditional) aligned with our mission, including lead generation from ideation to execution and analysis.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to constantly refine, redesign, and reimagine marketing strategies.
  • Build a consistent and strong brand identity across all marketing channels.
  • Report to the Head of Growth & Operations and collaborate closely with marketing colleagues to share ideas and strategies.
About You:
  • Hunger to own and execute marketing initiatives.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Deep experience managing performance marketing with a thorough understanding of key platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta, and LinkedIn.
