Brand Development Specialist

About the Role:

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with multiple stakeholders across the business, ensuring the successful execution of brand plans and contributing to portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute 1-2 year brand plans, aligned with overall business objectives.

• Collaborate on below-the-line marketing materials with the shopper marketing team.

• Manage product information and coordinate additional product imagery creation.

• Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly brand and category performance reports.

• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing related to shared costs.

• Support commercial plans development, execution and reporting for chocolate brands across channels and customers.

• Assist in coordinating quality assurance reviews, sample distribution, trade artwork development and general administrative tasks.

• Coordinate gate documents preparation and presentation for new products.

• Maintain a product tracker, ensure products meet regulatory standards and oversee accurate setup in internal systems.

• Act as a liaison between internal teams and brand partners, managing artwork approvals, product compliance and customer inquiries.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-2 years in marketing, preferably within FMCG.

• Skills: Analytical mindset, numbers and strong commercial focus.

• Attributes: Self-starter, comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team.
