About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estate Upkeep Manager to join our team at Ventia Pty Limited. As a key member of our infrastructure services team, you will be responsible for providing effective assistance and support to the operation and management of all services at our defence base in Laverton.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client and customer representatives.
  • Monitor the performance of service delivery functions and ensure they meet contract requirements.
  • Respond to maintenance work orders and urgent requests in a timely manner.
  • Assist the Infrastructure Services Manager with reporting performance and contract management.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience working in a similar role, preferably in the infrastructure or maintenance industry.
  • Experience in work order management or maintenance planning.
  • Experience in contractor management and trade knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with technical staff, subcontractors, and senior military officers.
  • Proven decision-making abilities and innovative thinking to generate problem-solving solutions.
  • Ability to participate in an on-call roster.
