Receptionist /property Management Assistant

Located in Double Bay our client is a successful Real Estate Agency who are seeking a friendly, motivated, caring, professional, efficient, trustworthy and reliable person for this key front facing role. Your key responsibilities and duties will include:
- Managing the switchboard and redirecting calls
- Meet and greet clients in a friendly, professional and courteous manner
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Good computer skills
- Respect for confidentiality and discretion
- Well groomed, professional appearance
- Organise incoming and outgoing mail
- File and scan documents
- Receipt rental monies
- Prepare correspondence on behalf of property managers
- Ensure all waiting areas are clean and tidy
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
A certificate of Registration is a bonus and any prior real estate experience
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Licence/Certification:
- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (preferred)

- Australia (required)
Ability to Commute:
- Double Bay, NSW 2028 (required)
Ability to Relocate:
