We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated Clinics Administrator to support the smooth operation of our multidisciplinary clinics.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure clinic services are accessible, efficient, and aligned with clinical and academic standards.

This role requires strong administrative skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a university psychology or multidisciplinary clinic or similar educational facility.
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to resolve issues in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and experience with clinic management systems and practice software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Working toward or holding relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology, counselling, criminology, or related fields.
