Multidisciplinary Clinic Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated administrator to support the efficient operation of our multidisciplinary clinics. This role is responsible for ensuring clinic services are accessible, client-focused, and aligned with clinical and academic standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations in line with established protocols.
- Utilize experience in university psychology or multidisciplinary clinic settings to drive effective day-to-day management.
- Develop strong problem-solving skills, think critically, and lead the use of clinic management systems and practice software.
- Maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Work towards or hold a relevant tertiary qualification in social work, psychology, counselling, criminology, or a related field.
- Foster a student-focused approach with high standards of student experience and outcomes.
- Collaborate with a vibrant team committed to innovative teaching methods.
- Nurture a collegial environment dedicated to academic excellence.
