Job Title: Consultant Geriatrician Subacute Ambulatory Clinics

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Geriatrician to join our multidisciplinary team in the Subacute Ambulatory Specialist Clinics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessments of patients referred to these clinics, working collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Cognitive Dementia and Memory Service (3.5 hours per week)
  • Complex Care Clinic (7.0 hours per week)
  • Falls and Balance clinic (3.5 session per week)

The total clinical hours will be 14 hours a week, with flexibility to negotiate work days depending on the commitments of the respective applicants and requirements of the relevant clinics.
