This role ensures clinic services are accessible, efficient, and aligned with clinical and academic standards.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience working in a university psychology or multidisciplinary clinic or similar educational facility.

  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to resolve issues in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and experience with clinic management systems and practice software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology, counselling, criminology, or related fields and be working towards or holding such qualifications.
