Job Title: Specialist Clinical Pharmacist
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinical pharmacist to join our team.
- The successful candidate will provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services to Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) services in the Top End Health Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide high-quality clinical pharmacy services that meet the needs of AOD clients and stakeholders.
- To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- To develop and implement clinical guidelines and policies to ensure best practice in pharmacy services.
Requirements:
- A tertiary qualifications in Pharmacy.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Experience working in a clinical pharmacy setting, preferably in AOD services.
