Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Evidence Services Consulting Analyst to join our team. As an Evidence Services Consulting Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing evidence review strategies and providing advice on evidence management practices.

You will work closely with investigation teams to ensure the appropriate use of technology and advanced analytics. You will also be responsible for undertaking the preparation of criminal briefs and disclosure, civil discovery and administrative banning briefs using software such as Nuix Discover and related technologies.

In this role, you will deliver training and provide support to investigation teams in the effective use of ASIC's evidence management systems. You will also maintain and administer ASIC's evidence management system according to established rules and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience managing stakeholder and service delivery expectations, responding to complex enquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to present complex information to different audiences.

Experience in the use of litigation support software such as Nuix Discover, Nuix Workstation, EDT, Access Data, Relativity or similar is highly desirable.
