Senior Clinical Pharmacy Professional

This position involves providing expert clinical pharmacy services to support the delivery of high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in pharmacology, be skilled in communication and collaboration, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in healthcare.
The selected professional will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement strategies that optimize medication use, improve patient outcomes, and enhance the overall quality of care. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert clinical guidance to healthcare professionals on optimal medication therapy and treatment options.

Qualifications for this role include:
- Registration as a pharmacist in Australia.
- Completion of a postgraduate degree in clinical pharmacy or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience working in a clinical pharmacy setting.
