Aged Care Leader

As a seasoned Facility Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting aged care services in under-resourced areas. This is an exceptional opportunity to provide leadership and stability in facilities where your expertise is most needed.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience in aged care management, including recent (within the last 12 months) experience as a Facility Manager in a Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF). You will be responsible for overseeing the operational and clinical management of residential aged care facilities in accordance with organisational policy and government regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
- Ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, ACFI, accreditation requirements, and continuous improvement frameworks.
- Maintaining accurate records, reports, and clinical documentation aligned with current legislation and internal procedures.
- Supporting and mentoring staff to promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and excellence in care.
- Managing facility budgets, resources, and occupancy levels effectively.
