Leadership Role in Aged Care
We are seeking a highly experienced Residential Service Manager to lead our aged care facility in Regional Victoria. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and management skills.

About the Role
The Residential Service Manager is responsible for the overall leadership of the facility, ensuring compliance with aged care standards, quality systems, and accreditation. You will be supported by an experienced team and strong systems that allow you to focus on what matters most — delivering excellent care.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the facility
- Ensure compliance with aged care standards and regulations
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes staff satisfaction and well-being
- Develop and implement strategies to improve resident outcomes

What We Offer
- Salary up to $140,000 per annum
- Free, fully furnished accommodation provided
- Fortnightly travel allowance of $300

Requirements
- Prior experience as a Residential Service Manager in aged care (essential)
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Strong knowledge of aged care standards, quality systems, and accreditation
