This role involves providing exceptional service to guests, supporting the team, and contributing to outstanding performance. As a Casual Food & Beverage Attendant, your responsibilities include:

  • Anticipating and meeting guest needs throughout their dining experience
  • Familiarizing yourself with restaurant products and services, including menus, wine lists, and other beverages
  • Awareness of dietary requirements to provide accurate information about menu offerings
  • Demonstrating high levels of service, prompt responses, and politeness to all requests
  • Encouraging feedback from guests to update and maintain guest history records
  • Knowledge of the local area and staying up-to-date with the latest trends
  • Proactive approach to work, adhering to specific standards and procedures
About You

We value dedication to our brand and teamwork. Ideal candidates have a Food & Beverage background, knowledge of restaurant operations, and a valid RSA or willingness to obtain one prior to starting. Flexibility in availability is essential, including mornings, nights, and weekends. Good communication skills and ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments are also required.
