About the Role

As a Team Leader at Onsite Rentals, you will be responsible for leading the service team to ensure equipment inspections, servicing, and repairs are completed to a high standard. This challenging and diverse role offers a variety of work, both on and off the tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate equipment servicing and repairs in line with budget to maximise equipment availability and reliability
  • Lead and mentor your team in their day-to-day activities
  • Provide expert advice with diagnostics and customer requirements
  • Train and guide technicians on service requirements and procedures
  • Ensure all necessary parts, consumables, tools, and equipment are available
  • Lead safety culture and compliance for the team and branch

Requirements

  • A mechanical trade qualification
  • Experience in leading teams and managing service demand
  • Sound planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to problem solve and be flexible
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage cost in line with budgets
