Lead Housekeeping Attendant Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill the position of Lead Housekeeping Attendant at NRMA Parks & Resorts.

Job Summary

This is a full-time permanent role with two positions available, offering the opportunity to create a lasting impact on our guests and contribute to delivering exceptional housekeeping services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high-quality standards in housekeeping departments by being hands-on and coordinating daily tasks efficiently.
  • Provide leadership and support to housekeeping staff, including organizing, supervising, training, and recruiting when required.
  • Plan and implement effective room management strategies, perform pre-arrival checks, and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct regular park cleanliness observations and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels and coordinate orders with the Park Manager.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of experience as a Housekeeper in a busy hospitality environment (although candidates with the right skills and attitude will also be considered).
  • Possess excellent customer service skills, a 'lead from the front' mentality, and a suitable level of fitness for the demands of this role.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team or autonomously, demonstrating flexibility and reliability in a 7-day rotating roster that includes weekends.
