About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Receptionist to join our team at BlueCross. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional care and support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our switchboard, arranging appointments, and providing administrative support to our Admin Coordinator. You will also be responsible for maintaining office equipment, ordering supplies, and ensuring our office runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a busy switchboard and arrange appointments
  • Provide administrative support to the Admin Coordinator
  • Maintain office equipment and order supplies
  • Ensure all emails are read and prioritized
  • Open and date stamp all incoming mail daily
  • Maintain a stock of stationery supplies and reorder as needed
  • Monitor franking machine supplies and reorder as necessary
  • Monitor recycling boxes for used printer cartridges and arrange for pickup
  • Monitor the condition of courier bags and order new ones as needed
