Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead our Settlements team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes through strategic planning and effective team management.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of achieving high-performance results.

You will lead a dedicated team of Settlements specialists, ensuring the best client and company outcomes are achieved while delivering high levels of service to each stakeholder.

Your primary focus will be on creating an operational setting that delivers growth and wealth creation opportunities through disciplined execution, agility, and clear KPIs.

Responsibilities:
  • Commercial Acumen: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage Complexity: Continuously improve the operating rhythm by intertwining People, Process, and Systems to deliver Customer, Employee, and Business Experience.
  • Execution Excellence: Accelerate delivery and eliminate rework through agile execution, clear KPIs, and effective communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership experience is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and coach staff.
  • Well-developed understanding of legislative, regulatory, and compliance obligations in the FSR environment.
  • Proven ability to provide data analysis and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated financial and KPI performance.
