The Role

This role sits at the centre of our operations, ensuring every finance deal—from approval through to funding—is settled smoothly, compliantly, and without unnecessary delay.

Your days will include:

  • Coordinating the full settlement lifecycle for consumer and commercial asset finance
  • Liaising with brokers, lenders, clients, and suppliers to ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time
  • Reviewing contracts and settlement packs to ensure compliance and consistency
  • Tracking multiple deals simultaneously—anticipating blockers and resolving them proactively
  • Managing CRM updates, digital files, and supporting audit and compliance workflows
  • Supporting brokers and leadership to optimise turnaround times and client experience

You Bring

  • 1–2+ years' experience in settlements, loan processing, or finance operations
  • High attention to detail—accuracy is second nature to you
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills—you keep everyone on the same page
  • A calm and solutions-focused approach under pressure
  • Comfort with digital tools, CRMs, and cloud-based documentation
  • A commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and ownership
  • Brisbane-based—we believe our strongest culture is built in person
