RemServ is a leading provider of salary packaging administration services in Queensland and part of the McMillan Shakespeare Group (MMSG). We've offered salary packaging and novated leasing services for more than two decades, helping our customers to do more with their money.

We are now looking for a passionate and energetic Settlements Coordinator to join our Novated Sales team.

In this role, you will be joining our busy Novated Sales business, supporting our Leasing Consultants, and playing a critical role in helping us achieve our sales targets.

You will be responsible for all aspects of credit approval, generating lease documents, checking files, and coordinating settlements.

You will be a single point of contact for the clients in your portfolio throughout the settlement process providing them, and internal stakeholders, with feedback and updates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Compiling and processing all required documentation to facilitate settlement.- Generation of settlement packs and managing external financiers.- Guiding clients through the settlement process.- Liaising with clients in relation to their proposal and lease documents.- Managing relationships and expediting the return of necessary documents.
