About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on a key regional role within a well-known consumer goods business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end procurement activities across ANZ, developing and executing sourcing strategies that align with regional and global priorities.

As a Procurement Manager, you will have the opportunity to make commercial decisions, work with strong leadership, and contribute to the growth and success of a business that values innovation, quality, and customer trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies that balance cost optimisation with long-term supplier relationships and brand integrity.
  • Lead end-to-end procurement activities across ANZ for both direct and indirect categories.
  • Own supplier relationships, including negotiations, contract management and performance reviews.
  • Monitor category trends, supplier risk, and cost drivers to deliver year-on-year value.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across supply chain, R&D, and commercial.
  • Ensure compliance with group procurement policies and drive process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven procurement experience within FMCG or a similarly fast-paced, product-led environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering cost savings and supplier performance improvements.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across a matrixed and multinational business.
  • Exposure to both direct and indirect spend categories preferred.
  • Ideally experience in managing small teams.
