ANZ Regional Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned procurement expert to drive regional sourcing strategies and lead high-performing teams across direct and indirect categories. The successful candidate will partner closely with commercial, supply chain, and finance teams to develop and execute innovative sourcing initiatives that balance cost optimization with long-term supplier relationships and brand integrity.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement end-to-end procurement solutions across ANZ for both direct and indirect categories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes and drive process improvements
- Build and manage strategic supplier relationships, including contract negotiations and performance reviews
- Monitor category trends, supplier risk, and cost drivers to deliver year-on-year value
- Lead small teams to achieve procurement excellence and drive business growth
- Proven experience in procurement within FMCG or a fast-paced, product-led environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to influence stakeholders across a matrixed business
- Demonstrated success in delivering cost savings and supplier performance improvements
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Exposure to both direct and indirect spend categories preferred
