The Opportunity

This senior HR leadership role offers the chance to lead strategic change across the ANZ region, managing a dedicated team while partnering with key stakeholders to execute initiatives. You will be at the forefront of critical business negotiations, organisational development, and hybrid working arrangements with direct access to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive HR Services encompassing employee relations, learning and development, and HR process support
  • Drive strategic HR business partnerships to regional leadership, enhancing organisational effectiveness and transformational change
  • Support strategy execution and country-specific initiatives
  • Provide strategic guidance for upcoming Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) negotiations
Team & Stakeholder Management
  • Manage a team of four direct reports while fostering collaboration across the organisation
  • Navigate local business needs with global processes and structures
  • Align diverse stakeholder perspectives to develop unified strategic approaches
  • Build strong relationships across matrix organisational structures
Requirements
  • Proven track record in strategic HR business partnership roles
  • Strong experience in employee relations and HR process management
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and improve organisational effectiveness
  • Experience navigating complex matrix organisations
