Regional Procurement Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced procurement professional to lead our ANZ procurement activities, driving strategic sourcing initiatives and managing key supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies across the region, ensuring alignment with regional and global priorities.
  • Lead a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and influencing stakeholders across a matrixed business.
  • Own supplier negotiations, contract management, and performance reviews, delivering year-on-year value.
  • Monitor category trends, risk, and cost drivers, driving process improvements and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless supply chain operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in FMCG or fast-paced product-led environments, with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering cost savings, supplier performance improvements, and influencing stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage small teams, with exposure to both direct and indirect spend categories preferred.
