Hotel Reservation Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Reservation Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and maximizing revenue through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify new reservations sales business to achieve personal and property revenue goals.
  • Understand the overall market, including competitors' strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc., and develop strategies to sell against them.
  • Closing deals that meet the needs of the property based on market conditions and property requirements.
  • Monitoring same-day selling procedures to maximize room revenue and control property occupancy.
  • Gaining an understanding of the property's primary target customer and service expectations; providing excellent customer service by understanding their business, business issues, and concerns, to offer better business solutions prior to, during, and after the program/event.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
  • Relevant experience in a managerial role.
  • Working rights in Australia.
  • The ability to escalate career progression.
  • Self-motivation, drive, and energy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Smart solutions and a can-do attitude.
