Drive Sales Growth in Southern Australia
FMC is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead commercial sales efforts across Southern & Western Australia.
As a key member of our team, you will oversee revenue growth, market share, and customer satisfaction in the ANZ region. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive strategic initiatives and build strong relationships with key customers.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing remote sales team
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business objectives
- Build and manage key customer relationships and negotiate high-value commercial deals
To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership and negotiation skills, as well as experience in the agriculture or AgChem industry. A background in retail channel management and demonstrated success in strategic sales planning and key account management are also essential.
