This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to take ownership of a region and drive commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to win new business and expand high-potential client accounts.
  • Conduct targeted outreach, meetings, and follow-ups across your territory to convert warm leads into long-term clients.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key customers while proactively hunting for new opportunities.
  • Ensure the GP performance of your territory aligns with expectations, with incentives tied to achieving budgeted targets.
  • KPIs will be based on outbound sales activity – e.g. customer meetings per week, quote follow-ups, new client acquisition.
Requirements:
  • A seasoned sales professional who can hit the ground running and take full ownership of a region.
  • Proven success in B2B sales with strong cold outreach, client acquisition, and relationship-building skills.

You'll be focused on building strong relationships, delivering results from day one, and driving commercial growth in a dynamic environment.
