Established in Brisbane Airport, ALG is a leading supplier of personnel to the aviation industry. The successful candidate will deliver a quality service to customers and candidates while promoting ALG.

The Account Manager role involves:

  • Candidate Management: Sourcing applicants, qualifying candidates through interviews and documentation checks, and matching suitable candidates to job orders.
  • Database Management: Updating the recruitment database with required documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers, ensuring recruitment outcomes align with customer expectations.
  • Workplace Environment: Fostering a positive atmosphere with colleagues, candidates, and employees, maintaining constructive communication.
  • Industry Awareness: Staying up-to-date on competitive trends and activities within the aviation industry.

About you:

  • A proven track record of success in recruitment and/or account management, preferably within labour hire.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • High initiative and prioritization skills under tight deadlines.
  • A sound knowledge of the Aviation industry.
  • Familiarity with recruitment databases and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Flexibility for interstate travel when required.
  • Team spirit and ability to work positively with people.
  • Experience in carrying out recruitment tasks accurately and timely.
