Job Title: Senior Building Consultant/Building ConsultantSeeking a skilled Building Professional for Diverse Projects

We are looking for an experienced building consultant to work on projects across residential, commercial and strata sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough site inspections to identify defects, compliance issues and maintenance needs.
  • Investigate causes and recommend practical remedial solutions.
  • Prepare clear, detailed reports including expert witness documents.
  • Develop scopes of work for rectification.
  • Build strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in building/construction with defect and compliance expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of NCC and Australian Standards.
  • Expertise in defect analysis and water intrusion investigations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in Building, Construction or Engineering.

Work Environment:

Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia.
