National Parts Director

We are seeking an experienced National Parts Manager to lead our sales and customer support team in achieving sales and financial objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, with the ability to lead a team and provide training and mentoring for success.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and developing a strong, sales-driven and market-oriented sales and customer support team, and will have the autonomy to translate the group's strategy to a local business plan. This will include the implementation of group product and marketing plans, eCommerce initiatives, trade shows, and other key initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the construction and earthmoving machinery industry. Previous exposure to brands such as Volvo Construction Equipment, Hitachi, Caterpillar/CAT, Liebherr, Komatsu, Kubota, Bobcat, Case Construction, JCB, Yanmar, Sumitomo or similar is highly desirable.
A remuneration package comprising of a healthy retainer of c. $160,000 plus incentives & dual cab ute will be discussed with the shortlisted candidates.
About the CompanyOur client is a major construction and earthmoving dealership group, with branches in most Australian states. They have been selling and servicing machinery throughout Australia since the early 2000s, growing year on year, and are now considered one of the major players in the industry.
