Director, Systems Support and Reporting, ICT Data and Systems Branch

Job Summary:

The Director, Systems Support and Reporting, ICT Data and Systems Branch, is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight to the team, ensuring a high-level understanding of all functions. This role involves leading priority work, including data preparation, development of briefings, and support of NIAA Grants systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Control of planning, resource management, performance management, and decision-making responsibilities
  • People and stakeholder management responsibilities
  • Providing strategic advice and specialist expertise across a broad range of activities
  • Supporting delivery of technology components of high agency priorities
  • Ensuring IAS data requests are delivered to all areas of the agency in a timely manner

  • Team-oriented, outcome-focused, self-motivated, and resilient
  • Ability to interpret large/complex datasets to generate insights
  • Develop and manage key strategic relationships with stakeholders
  • Communicate and make decisions with significant impact on the day-to-day operation of the work area
  • Apply and maintain an extensive understanding of the role and responsibilities of the Agency
