RACQ is a leading provider of automotive and financial services, with a strong commitment to innovation and sustainability. We're seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our Brand & Product Marketing team on a 10-month FTC.

About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, including copywriting experience. You will be responsible for delivering effective marketing campaigns across various channels, leveraging data and insights to inform targeting and messaging. A key focus will be on building relationships with stakeholders across the Group and agency partners.

  • Deliver high-quality marketing campaigns from conception to implementation, adhering to brand guidelines and strategies;
  • Leverage data and insights to inform campaign targeting and messaging;
  • Maintain efficient work practices, including regular progress meetings and transparent communication;
  • Manage budgets and financial processes;
  • Develop and foster effective relationships with stakeholders;

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in marketing and/or advertising services, excellent verbal and written communication skills, well-developed problem-solving skills, and proficiency in using software packages such as Meta Ads Manager and Salesforce.

About You

We're looking for an exceptional individual who can contribute to a collaborative team dynamic. You'll possess:

  • A degree in a relevant study area;
  • Prior experience in Financial Services Marketing;
  • Basic understanding of Google Adwords platform;
  • Proficiency in InDesign and Photoshop;
  • Able to quickly learn new software packages;
