At Ally Fashion, we're looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Retail Manager to lead our team and oversee all store operations in our Redbank location.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, leading, motivating, and developing the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

You will also monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the supply chain to ensure stock availability, and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's appearance and appeal.

In addition, you will analyse sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies, handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner, and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

Key responsibilities include conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to staff, managing the store's budget, including expenses and payroll, and contributing to the development of strategic plans to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual with proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, passion for fashion and a keen eye for style, and strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

A competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum is on offer, plus benefits such as employee discounts, opportunities for personal and professional development, and a vibrant and fun work environment where fashion rules.
