Job Summary

The Senior Service Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing relationships with customers. This hybrid position ensures ownership and responsibility for service delivery.

  • • Ensure teams meet customer expectations and service level agreements, establishing a shared understanding of services and targets.

  • • Conduct service reviews to ensure current services meet organizational and customer needs.

  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process changes.

  • • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and internal teams.

  • • Identify, analyze, and monitor stakeholder relationships to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

  • • Continuously improve service delivery processes to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.

About the Role

This position reports directly to the Senior Service Delivery Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive results-oriented initiatives.
