Family Violence Case Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team as a Family Violence Case Worker.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing effective relationships with clients, providing case management support, and developing individual case plans that address their needs or goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To establish effective relationships with clients to encourage self-determination and participation.
  • To provide case management support to clients in accordance with TSA models and standards of practice.
  • To develop individual case plans in collaboration with clients, including interventions that address their needs or goals.
  • To implement case plans with active client participation and assist clients in accessing support services and establishing community supports.
  • To monitor and review progress and outcomes of individual case plans, taking action as needed to ensure the plan continues to meet client needs or goals.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualification in social work, welfare, community development, or related field.
  • Relevant experience in a social service environment.
  • National police record check required.
  • Relevant state Working with Children Check required.
