We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Supply Chain Finance Director to join our team in Australia and New Zealand. As a Business Partner to our Supply Chain function across ANZ, you will play a critical role in driving business success through ongoing COGS visibility, analysis, and decision support.

This leadership position forms part of the Supply Chain Leadership Team and is a direct report to our ANZ CFO. You will work closely with stakeholders across Commercial, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to ensure sound financial information is delivered.

A successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing manufacturing/logistics finance, developing relationships with stakeholders, and leading small teams. They will also possess technical skills in costing, CAPEX, and factory expenses, as well as experience working within the FMCG industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing key inputs to our annual corporate strategy, budgets, and monthly forecasts
  • Ensuring Supply Chain team visibility and sound interpretation of their decisions on business profitability
  • Delivering key COGS inputs to Commercial and R&D organizations for informed decision-making
  • Bolstering organizational strength through Supply Chain auditing activities
  • Building a technically competent and engaged team through robust hiring and coaching

The salary range for this position is $180,000 - $250,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
