Job Description
This critical role supports the Finished Vehicle Logistics branch in adhering to compliance standards. Ensuring administrative and operational activities align with company guidelines contributes to maintaining and enhancing service standards for our customers.
You will manage tasks in CEVA's QHSE system, including scheduling and conducting regular audits to ensure safety compliance across the site.
The ideal candidate has experience gained in a quality and/or compliance related role together with administrative support experience in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Quality and Total Compliance Assurance (TCA) tasks
  • Support Business Process Excellence (BPE) initiatives
  • Conduct thorough audits to uphold high standards
  • Sustain and enhance the 5 S programme
  • Deliver training sessions and assess team members against company Work Instructions and Safe Work Practices (SWPs)
  • Conduct comprehensive site inductions for new team members, contractors, and visitors
  • Perform regular site inspections identifying areas for improvement
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including account coordination, documentation management, and report preparation

Required Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of compliance standards, quality management, and safety regulations, experience with documentation management and report preparation.
