About the Role

This is a dynamic and varied role where you'll support the Enterprise Delivery General Manager. As a key member of our team, you will have responsibilities such as:

  • Diary management and travel arrangements
  • Lodging invoices and corporate card reconciliation
  • Inbox management and responding on behalf of the General Manager
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes
  • Supporting new starter induction
  • Administering and updating documents on Share Point
  • Assisting with putting together team / event agendas or Power Point decks

You'll also be responsible for juggling multiple competing priorities, adapting your communication style for various audiences, and recognising that you are often privy to sensitive and confidential information.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role as a Team Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or equivalent in a medium to large complex environment
  • General understanding of Project Management (e.g. Project Life Cycle, Project documentation standards and methodologies)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrated capabilities in the Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Share Point, and Outlook)
  • Proven ability to make decisions, manage multiple competing tasks, and re-prioritise constantly
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence dealing with different personality types and stakeholders at all levels across the enterprise
  • Maturity, resilience, and a calm disposition coupled with energy, enthusiasm, and a collaborative mindset
