We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Enablement Specialist to join our digital technology team at Australia Post. With a strong background in IAM consulting, architecture, and design, you will provide critical expertise to Business and Technology projects requiring IAM services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage stakeholder relationships and act as a key liaison between projects and the IAM function
  • Deliver subject matter expertise (SME) to project delivery teams to ensure secure and well-managed solutions
  • Support the supply and demand of IAM services to complex programs and projects
  • Represent business stakeholders' IAM requirements and ensure provided services match their needs
  • Drive successful transitions to production and business as usual (BAU)

About You:

  • Demonstrated business analysis experience with requirements documentation, process development, and technical requirements
  • Background working with large, complex projects in IAM consulting, architecture, and/or design roles
  • Experience working with SAAS solution providers, SAP HR, and business solutions
  • Detailed understanding of IAM principles and disciplines such as identity data sourcing, lifecycle management, role management, and user access governance
  • Familiarity with SailPoint Identity IQ, Windows AD, Entra ID, Auth0, or other market-leading IAM software solutions is an advantage
  • Proven experience in the IT industry with a focus on IAM
