Job Title: Administrative Operations Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Advisor/Office Manager to join our team in Adelaide. This is a challenging role that requires expertise in human resource management, employee relations, and administrative operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR Generalist experience, office management, and experience with AHPRA, Immigration/Visa, CHRIS 21, and recruiting international medical graduates. The successful applicant will also be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to lead and develop a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level consultancy services to Executive and Senior Managers on human resource management, employee relations, and administrative operations.
- Recruit staff, prepare job descriptions, and interpret legislation relevant to the organization.
- Offer expert advice on conditions of employment, including interpretation of Awards, Agreements, and Policies.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient and effective Human Resource service delivery.
- Lead and manage discrete projects or contribute to major initiatives in human resource management, administrative operations, and organizational development.
- Foster a positive work environment based on values, customer service, learning and development, safety, welfare, diversity, and innovation.
About You:
- Essential requirements: HR Generalist experience, office management experience, experience with AHPRA, Immigration/Visa, CHRIS 21, recruiting international medical graduates, team player, excellent communication skills, understands the importance of Credentialling, health experience.
