Job Description
The Administrative Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting seamless office operations, building efficient administrative processes, and creating organized systems.
This role will enable the team to deliver high-quality services and programs, including business consultations, workshops, networking events, and expos.
The successful candidate will own the execution of diverse admin tasks such as data entry, accounts processing, report preparation, mail, and correspondence, filing, ordering, purchasing, proofreading, editing, printing, answering phones, and engaging with internal and external enquiries.
This will include maintaining tidy boardrooms, training rooms, and meeting rooms, as well as ensuring resources are stocked.
Main Responsibilities:
- To undertake hands-on administration tasks efficiently and effectively.
- To provide exceptional customer service.
- To maintain an organized electronic records system.
- To maintain the office, meeting, and training rooms.
- To work occasional out-of-hours shifts.
Requirements:
- Certificate 4 in Business Administration or higher, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a similar position.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Able to perform effectively under pressure while upholding professionalism and quality service standards.
- Demonstrated proficiency and experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, & TEAMS.
