Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Immigration Lawyer to collaborate with various stakeholders and deliver successful outcomes for our clients as they pursue business expansion, global recruitment, and mobility programs.

About The Role
  • The ideal candidate will provide high-level technical advice regarding immigration issues such as visa options, eligibility, and application merits.
  • They will leverage cutting-edge technology and global mobility platforms to facilitate seamless visa applications from start to finish.
  • Draft submissions and letters of advice, advise and manage client and visa applicant expectations while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expert technical knowledge and support to RMAs and team members; contribute to complex legislation and case matters.
  • Train team members where required and participate in ongoing professional development.
Responsibilities
  • Manage timelines and create urgency in the sales cycle.
  • Present to C-level audiences, demonstrating an understanding of strategic sales cycles and effective sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to address retention and engagement challenges, driving business growth and success.
  • Lead the implementation of HubSpot, playbooks, web content, and social media strategies.
  • Assist with tech build and other project-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to present to C-level audiences.
  • Background in global mobility and immigration law.
  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Law.
  • Unrestricted Practising Certificate in NSW.
