Senior Consultant - Global Mobility

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team, who will be responsible for providing expert advice on global mobility programs.

  1. Clients require expertise in various aspects of global mobility, including compliance, risk management, and process optimization. As a Senior Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for these clients and will provide guidance and support to ensure their needs are met.
  2. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, such as business leaders and subject matter experts, to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
  3. In addition to your technical expertise, you will also need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be working with clients at all levels, from executive sponsors to operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality advisory services to clients, including policy development, compliance, and risk management.
  • Lead project teams to deliver complex global mobility projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities and growing existing relationships.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, International Relations or related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in global mobility consulting, preferably with a top-tier firm.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects, with a focus on quality, timeliness, and budget management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
