Global Mobility Expert

We are seeking a skilled Global Mobility Expert to join our team. As a key player in delivering seamless international deployment and mobility experiences for global talent, you will be responsible for streamlining operations, maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for customers and their new employees.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient operational processes to meet customer needs effectively.
  • Maintain strong relationships with channel partners to achieve client satisfaction.
  • Brief sourcing partners and present high-calibre candidates who meet both role and visa requirements.
  • Support sales efforts by attending client meetings and industry events, providing expert insights on mobility processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in global mobility, immigration, recruitment, or human resources within the international mobility sector.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service, foster strong relationships, and achieve positive results.
  • Strong collaboration skills within cross-cultural teams, driving successful outcomes with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in multitasking, managing case loads, and addressing time-sensitive tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presenting information clearly to various stakeholders.
  • Advanced project management and document management capabilities, ensuring compliance with immigration and regulatory requirements.
