At Techtronic Industries, we are committed to delivering high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team in Eastern Creek, NSW.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting visual and functional inspections of incoming goods on a wide range of products, including AC/DC power tools, garden tools, petrol tools, air tools, generators, and floorcare products. They will also diagnose faults, identify root causes, and provide guidance to rectify faults.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform quality control checks on incoming goods to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of products to detect defects and communicate findings to quality engineers and production teams.
  • Detect and report any quality issues or non-conformities found during inspections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Participate in quality department meetings to discuss quality-related topics and best practices.

Requirements

  • A minimum of [Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum] based on experience and qualifications.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills to dismantle and reassemble products effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with production teams and quality engineers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
