Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Care Consultant to join our Member Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, promoting nib products and services, and driving first call resolution to queries.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to our members, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote nib products and services to our members, ensuring they have the best possible experience with our health insurance.
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our members, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring our members receive the best possible advice and support.
