The Senior People Manager will play a pivotal part in shaping how we support, grow, and inspire our people across Australia and Singapore.
Job DescriptionThis is a senior-level role that requires strategic thinking and hands-on delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the charge on global P&C operations, driving initiatives that matter, and helping leaders and teams thrive in a fast-paced, global business.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Partnering: Drive workforce planning, performance, and organisational impact across Australian and Singapore teams.
- People Operations & Compliance: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless experiences at every stage.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a small, high-impact team of up to 3, coaching, mentoring, and building capability for today and tomorrow.
- Global Programs & Initiatives: Drive global P&C initiatives that fuel performance, engagement, and organisational change across regions.
We are looking for an experienced HR generalist or business partnering professional with a proven track record of success in similar roles. The ideal candidate will have:
- 8+ years' progressive experience in HR, including a minimum of 2 years in a senior role and people leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, modern awards, and compliance.
- Proven success partnering with teams in global and matrixed environments.
