**Global HR Expertise Wanted**

We are seeking a senior-level HR professional to provide on-the-ground expertise in Australia. The ideal candidate will have experience working in high-volume contact centres and a strong knowledge of Australian employment law.

About the Role

This autonomous position requires an experienced HR professional who can provide trusted advice and practical support across key areas, including:

  • Employee Relations and welfare
  • Performance management
  • Workplace safety and culture initiatives
  • Industrial relations and legal risk mitigation

The successful candidate will work closely with a supportive global HR team and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in senior HR/ER roles
  • A strong understanding of Australian employment law and industrial relations
  • Experience working in high-volume contact centres / BPO (highly regarded)
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global HR teams
  • Confidence in providing strategic and operational HR advice

This is a flexible, part-time opportunity (10 hours per week) suited to an HR professional who enjoys autonomy and wants to contribute to a truly global organisation.
